My stay at Moonwalk Lanta Resort had its ups and downs. The beach location was absolutely gorgeous, perfect for sunsets and relaxing, but some aspects of the resort felt neglected and not well-maintained. The atmosphere was a bit off, as the staff didn't seem particularly friendly or eager to help.

I stayed in a family room, which had two separate rooms and a patio near the pool. It was spacious enough for us, but the cleanliness could have been better. A thorough cleaning wasn't done daily despite requests, and there were some other cleanliness issues that stood out.

The service left much to be desired. Staff seemed uninterested and not very responsive, which made me feel unwelcomed at times. They really struggled to maintain a good level of customer service, and their attitudes could really use some improvement.
